What are your prices for delivery?

Delivery is priced based off the delivery address provided. Delivery can range from $25-$100. In store pick-ups are free and are only available on Thursdays and Fridays at designated locations.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes, it is possible! however you would have to contact us by phone in order to determine scheduling and inventory availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

If your order is cancelled within 72hrs of your event, your payment is non-refundable. If cancelled 73hrs or more, there will be a $50 non-refundable deposit.

Do you have an order minimum?

Yes we do! Our order minimum is $50 before delivery and taxes.

Do you have DIY kits?

Yes we do! Please check out the Design it Yourself (DIY) section found on our website.

What regions do you service?

We service the GTA. Our base locations are in Durham and Peel.

How long does an installation take?

Balloon installation time will vary based on several factors. (I.e. Indoor vs outdoor, ladder required install, size and detail of job) Once your order is confirmed, we will inform you of an estimated installation time.

How long do the balloons last?

We use premium quality latex and foil balloons however, there are certain factors that will affect the life span of our balloons. Our helium treated balloons last approximately 24-48hrs. Air filled balloons that are indoor, stored at room temperature and away from pets, direct sunlight, or other rough or sharp surfaces can last for a few weeks. Outdoor balloons are same day use and can only be guaranteed for a limited time as balloons are affected by environmental elements.
